Hi bill !
They clearly all HATE the bass player.....
This is the most ridiculous video on UA-cam - and one of the most amusing!
My dad recorded this episode of LW off the TV, May 10, 1958. So great to finally see what he saw as he recorded! But from 27:38 onward, that isn't LW. Do you have the rest of this LW episode? Thank you!
I do not.
I remember jingles from the 60s and 70s on WSBA and WORK.
Lawrence Welk show
yESSSSSSSSSSSS!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
4:55 Probably the best moment of 90, the True power of SPEED for a steam locomotive
🙂
1) 1952 Studio Films production {formerly "Snader TeleScriptions"}
She's a Gilf.
Thanks so muck for posting this. It's wunnerful to see early Lawrence Welk episodes. Alice Lon and the band were great with a Latin sound to Zing went the strings of my heart and I loved the Lennon sisters and Pete Fountain, I have never seen the last two acts before. This was a real treat!
Hi, thank you for uploading! Would it be possible for me to repost the footage of Big Tiny Little playing piano on my channel? Credit will of course be given to you as owner of the footage, and a link to this video and channel. If not, I understand. Thank you!
yes
yes do it!!
Cool Bill.
Love it. Reminds me of watching old family reels. Today, we take cellphone video for granted. For my generation a Super 8 camera (no sound) and a projector were something of a luxury.
Fun to see Florida in the 1950s❤
Thank you Bill for sharing that reel ... I was born 8 years after that was made but still remember all those places especially the welcome center. Used to stop in and get that little 2 oz cup of fresh squeezed OJ ! Was free back then. They probably charge 9 dollars for it now. Lol. Keep up the good work. Ironically we ended up moving down to daytona in the 80's from our hometown of Tennessee!
yes it does bring back many memories.
1987 - that was the year my mom and I went! I was 10!
classic .....
I could listen to this music all day. So much better then todays so called music.

I bought this same projector in 1979, and it's ran very well. But a few years ago it developed a problem; the tension roller which keeps the main drive belt taut has loosened. So the motor runs but nothing else moves. The tension roller is spring-loaded and the 'spring' is shot on it. With the back off, I can actully push the roller against the belt with a screwdriver and make the projector work temporarily. I wish there was a way to fix this and maybe there is... It's such a great projector.
that is a tough one to fix, have to take it all apart, and then might not be able to find the part.
@@kcciiowathanks for the reply. I have a couple other Bell & Howells that run well, but the RCA is my favorite. I'm hoping to find a "MacGyver" way to fix it. Also, I have many lamps for it...a photo store in my city going out of business sold their proj bulbs $1 ea. I bought them out!
Lex sg fb Ghh yu then yum jkk jkk j fb?

This video is reversed right to left
Wow....sexism through the centuries.
The RCA was the first projector i ever used back in school. I eventually ended up running the AV department at a mid sized college for 30 years. I cant count how many Bell& Howells I refurbished over the years.
the 400 one of the best!! Quiet too!!!
Dove potrei trovare delle macchine da acquistare 35mm
My dad recorded this on audio reel to reel tape on April 26, 1958, before I was born. So great to be able to see what he saw while taping it!
I was expecting the original titles but cool anyways
Popeye with A.A.P Titles?
This was for television only
@@kcciiowa Yes.
These kind of projectors are nice, no auto-loading/film-eating going on. Mine is like that too but its a bit bigger.
Thank you. It seems to be doing everything but record. It clicks it starts running and the red record lights light up. I haven’t tested the microphone yet only the RCA input.
This is from a syndicated episode ( logos at beginning) but still interesting to see
It has a card at the beginning telling the TV station where to insert the commercial break
Seeing a legend before It was a legend is amazing ❤
Awesome!
The Lawrence Welk Show!! I would love to find a 400, although I already have six 16-millimeter projectors. Great video!
Neat to see! Thanks for sharing.
how did you ever get your hands on a 16mm film of this Ep of I love Lucy? that's Awesome! you have a true piece of history there 😀
❤❤❤
What a great show! Lucille Ball’s comedic talent combined with Desi’s innovative camera work made for a special experience!
I always thought Desi had enormous comedy chops and straight man timing.
Thanks for sharing. This brings back so many memories
If you tighten the spring in that arm and it will shut off. I was able to fix that! My TEAC 4010 wont record it does everything but record, lights up, plays, fast forward...
it sounds like the play record switch may be very dirty or faulty
Thanks for sharing, Bill. We just need to convince you change your program name to Campbelltown Network News. 😁
I always love the quote at Leaman Place. "You can transfer trains here to go to New York, Pittsburgh, or points further west. That is if you can run fast enough to catch the Amtrak train."
love it
Thanks for sharing this bodacious "blast from the past" with us !! 🙂
2839 was also used in the Southern steam program and was commonly known as The Beer Can by the group. Originally built for the British Columbia Railway it now resides in California.
The only building I’m glad isn’t on that road anymore. Went there once when I was a kid with my dad remember it was gross inside. It’s sad to see all that farm land and Saturdays market gone now tho. Same with the warehouses on 283. Honestly kind of disgusting from growing up there and going home every so often to visit. Makes me sad every time.
